All accessories may be returned within 30 days of the original transaction date in new, unused condition in the original packaging. Aztech Communications requires that all returned accessories be in new re-salable condition in order to be accepted for return. Post-Paid (Mike and PCS) Handsets
Mike and PCS handsets may be returned within 15 days of the original transaction date in new, unused condition and must be contained in the original box and packaging. Returned handsets must have no more than 30 minutes of airtime used on their life timer. Aztech Communications is not responsible for canceling signed and authorized service contracts with TELUS Mobility. Pre-paid (Pay & Talk) Handsets Pay & Talk Handset Bundles may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returned Handsets must be in new re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and must have less than 30 minutes of use as recorded by the handsets call timer. Prepaid Handsets Which have been activated on the TELUS Mobility network may be exchanged or refunded at the purchase price less the current value of $65 for the Pay & Talk Starter Kit.

Aztech Unlimited Accessory Warranty: We stand behind the products we sell, when you purchase your phone accessories through Aztech Communications, you will receive the following guarantee: All cases, car lighter adapters and wired headsets purchased at Aztech Communications carry an unlimited one-year warranty. If any problems with your accessory occur within one year from the date of purchase, it will be exchanged at no cost to you. Simply ship back the product, and we will ship you a replacement. Please ensure when purchasing items to give us your accurate and complete customer information so that we will have a standing record of your transaction. In the event of a lost receipt, we can track your purchase history through our system and offer you a replacement If at the time an accessory has been discontinued or is no longer available it will be replaced with an accessory of equal value or quality. Handset Warranty All handsets carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, this warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover defects or damage to any product which has been deemed by the manufacturer’s authorized repair facility as having been subject to: improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, exposure to fire, sand, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake; to theft, battery leakage, unauthorized modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, misapplication of consumer controls, or abnormal operating conditions, or which have been attributable to acts of God. Removal, alteration, or defacing of the Serial Number Plate or the enhancement of Date Code Labels will void the warranty. Further details on manufacturer warranties are available inside the packaging of every new handset. Additional Warranties With the purchase of a new handset, clients have the opportunity to extend the manufacturer’s warranty by one or two years with the purchase of the Aztech Second or Third Year Warranty. For a nominal fee, clients may benefit from additional warranty coverage and complete repair servicing throughout the period of their contract.
